1. Information we process
When you sign in with Google, ZGame may receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image. ZGame does not receive your Google password. When you create or use a tool, we may process the text, names, answers, scores, messages, images and unique links required to provide that feature.
2. User-created and submitted content
Some tools let a creator receive answers or responses through a private dashboard. Before a participant submits information, the relevant page explains when that information may be visible to the link creator. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, financial information, government identifiers, medical information, precise home addresses, intimate content or other sensitive personal information.
3. Festival wishes and personalized greeting links
Festival wish tools may process a sender name, optional receiver name, selected design style and custom message. Personalized greeting links are marked for exclusion from search results and do not contain AdSense code. Guest-created wishes may be removed automatically after a limited retention period, while signed-in users can manage supported creations from their dashboard.
Do not place sensitive information in a greeting. A private link can still be copied or forwarded by a recipient. ZGame may limit, remove or review content that is reported as abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or created without appropriate permission.
4. Essential cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep users signed in, protect forms, remember security settings and operate account features. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, dashboards or saved tools from working.
5. Google AdSense, advertising cookies and identifiers
ZGame may display advertising provided by Google AdSense on selected public, content-rich pages. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to serve, measure and protect ads. Google may use advertising cookies to show ads based on a visitor's previous visits to ZGame or other websites, subject to the visitor's consent choices and applicable law.
Visitors can learn about or control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Information about how Google uses data when its services are used on partner sites is available at Google's partner-sites policy. Other advertising vendors may also use cookies where permitted; their practices and opt-out options are governed by their own policies.
6. Consent choices
For visitors in regions where consent is required, ZGame uses a Google-certified consent management platform configured through AdSense Privacy & messaging. The message can offer consent, refusal and management choices before personalized advertising storage or data use. A Privacy & cookie settings link is available in the footer when the Google consent message is active.
7. Analytics
We may use privacy-aware analytics to understand page performance, device categories and general usage patterns. Analytics storage is set to denied by default in the site code until a consent platform updates the visitor’s choice where applicable. We do not use analytics to ask users for passwords or highly sensitive personal data.
8. How information is used
Information is used to operate requested tools, authenticate accounts, display creator dashboards, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, comply with lawful requests and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
9. Retention and deletion
Account-linked creations generally remain available until the account owner deletes them or they are removed for security, legal or operational reasons. Certain guest or festival content may expire automatically. To request deletion of account-linked information or report a personal-data concern, contact us using the same email address used for Google sign-in whenever possible.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, secure session settings, origin and CSRF checks, prepared database queries and restricted administrative tools. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive information.
11. Children
ZGame is designed as a general-audience entertainment website and is not intended to collect sensitive information from children. Parents or guardians should supervise use where required by local law. Users must not use ZGame to solicit personal or sensitive information from minors.
12. External services
Google Sign-In, Google AdSense, Google consent tools, fonts or other external resources may receive technical request information according to their own privacy policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make ZGame responsible for those websites.
13. Contact
For privacy questions, access requests, deletion requests or content reports, visit our Contact page. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership or locate the relevant link, but we will not ask for your password.
