How to play Hextris

Hextris is a fast colour-matching puzzle adapted for ZGame. Blocks approach a central hexagon from six directions. Rotate the centre, connect three matching colours and control every side before the stack reaches the outer limit.

Rotate left or right to choose where the incoming block lands. Groups of three or more matching colours disappear. The complete live puzzle can be saved and resumed.

Open-source attribution

This ZGame version adapts Hextris by Logan Engstrom, Garrett Finucane, Noah Moroze and Michael Yang. The bundled source is distributed under GNU GPL v3. ZGame adds its own responsive player integration, account saves, score handling and surrounding instructions.
